Fairmont Infrastructure LLP promoted by Abdul Razzak Chunawala, Sameer Chunawala, Farook Chunawala, Aarif Chunawala and Shubhdeep Kar has successfully achieved completed the fourth AGM within just 6 months as Swami Vivekananda Nagar Ekta CHS residents cheer its redevelopment proposal.

The infra company has undertaken the redevelopment of almost 4,200 tenements of Veer Jijamata Nagar, Ramabai Nagar, Jivan Jyot Nagar and Swami Vivekananda Nagar under the SRA Development Scheme. Spread over 17.25 acres the project is implemented under the Cluster Development Scheme.

“With this we have secured the GBR of redeveloping the area to provide them maintenance-free accommodation,” said Aarif Chunawala.

Shubhdeep Kar mentioned, “We shall also provide them ample open spaces, garden, open-air gymnasium and children’s play area.”

अब्दुल रज्जाक चुनावाला, समीर चुनावाला, फारूक चुनावाला, आरिफ चुनावाला और शुभदीप कर द्वारा प्रमोटेड फेयरमोंट इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर एलएलपी ने केवल 6 महीने के भीतर चौथे एजीएम को सफलतापूर्वक हासिल कर लिया है, स्वामी विवेकानंद नगर एकता सीएचएस के निवासियों को पुनर्विकास प्रस्ताव मिल गया है जिसको लेकर वे उत्साहित हैं।

इन्फ्रा कंपनी ने एसआरए विकास योजना के तहत वीर जिजामाता नगर, रामाबाई नगर, जीवन ज्योति नगर और स्वामी विवेकानंद नगर के लगभग 4,200 घरों के पुनर्विकास का काम लिवा है। क्लस्टर डेवलपमेंट स्कीम के तहत यह परियोजना 17.25 एकड़ में फैली है।
